Product Overview
Sintered Ceramic Fiber Cloth is a smokeless refractory textile made from premium ceramic fibers, reinforced with high-temperature alloy wire. It offers low thermal conductivity, excellent insulation, high thermal shock resistance, and flexibility, making it ideal for fire protection, thermal insulation, and industrial sealing applications. During initial heating, a small portion of organic fibers (≈15%) carbonizes, but this does not affect its high-temperature performance.
Key Benefits
- Short-term use temperature up to 1260°C
- Good acid and alkali corrosion resistance
- Resistant to molten aluminum, zinc and other metals
