Product Overview

Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber ropes are woven from high-quality ceramic fibers and are available in square, round, and twisted types. They can be reinforced with stainless steel wire or glass fiber as required. The ropes feature excellent high-temperature resistance, fire resistance, electrical insulation, and tensile strength, providing effective thermal insulation and sealing. They are an ideal substitute for asbestos.

Key Benefits

  • Continuous service up to 1000°C; short-term up to 1260°C
  • Resistant to acids/alkalis and molten aluminum/zinc
  • Good high-temperature strength and insulation performance

Important Notes

Textile contains about 15% organic fibers. During first heat-up, organic content carbonizes and may smoke or show small local flames; this is normal and does not affect performance. As temperature rises further, the product returns to white as organics are fully carbonized.
