Product Overview

Biosoluble fiber ropes are manufactured from high-strength biosoluble fibers through spinning, braiding, or twisting processes. Depending on service temperature and operating conditions, the ropes can be reinforced with glass fibers or heat-resistant alloy wires, enabling continuous use up to 1050°C and short-term exposure up to 1260°C. They feature excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion as well as molten metal attack from aluminum, zinc, and others.

Key Benefits

  • Biosoluble in body, no carcinogen classification (EU compliant)
  • Excellent heat resistance, continuous use up to 1050°C
  • Short-term temperature resistance up to 1260°C
