Product Overview
Biosoluble fiber is a high-temperature insulation material composed of man-made vitreous silicate fibers. Developed as an alternative to RCF, biosoluble AES fibers continue and improve upon RCF's high-temperature characteristics. The cloth is woven from high-quality biosoluble AES fibers and can be reinforced with glass fiber filaments and stainless steel wire. Maximum working temperature can reach 1260°C. It has good acid corrosion resistance and resistance to aluminum, zinc, and other metal corrosion.
Key Benefits
- Biosoluble in body, no carcinogen classification
- Excellent heat and insulation performance
- Continuous use temperature up to 1050°C
Important Notes
Biosoluble fiber products can be post-processed with graphite coating, vermiculite coating, or aluminum foil coating to enhance product performance in specific environments.
